Allergies? Let’s talk first.

We want everyone to find a treat they can enjoy. These are ideas to ask our team about, based on Richardson’s published flavor descriptions. They are not an allergen-free list. Ingredients, cones, toppings and handling can change.

Wheat or gluten

Ask about plain Vanilla, Strawberry or Black Raspberry in a cup. Richardson’s descriptions do not list baked mix-ins for these, but that alone does not establish that they are gluten-free. Please check current labels and handling with our team.

Milk or dairy

Richardson’s describes its Lemon, Raspberry and Mango sorbets as non-dairy. Ask which are available, and confirm current ingredients and how they are served before ordering.

Peanuts or tree nuts

Some flavors have nut ingredients, including Butter Pecan, Pistachio and Peanut Butter Cup. Please ask us to check the current label and possible contact with other flavors. We cannot promise a nut-free scoop.

Egg, soy or other allergens

Ask us to review the product label and any cone or topping. For example, Richardson’s says its French Vanilla frozen yogurt contains egg. Other ingredients and shared utensils need checking, too.

Before you order: Tell our team about every allergy and ask them to check current packaging and serving practices. Shared scoops can transfer allergens. If we cannot confirm a safe choice, please do not rely on this guide.
